Click on the "Start Interview" button at the bottom of the screen. It will start a pretend sales call with a fictitious client. You will get questions and objections.
The goal is to interest the client in our proposal and take the first step: uploading their electricity bill and signing an authority letter so that we can obtain and review their interval data for the last two years.
- Highlight that we will then have a Zoom call with them and their partner to review the usage data - looking for ways to optimise it, future plans (e.g. adding aircon or EV), and their property setup (roof space, direction and shading) to suggest the best size solar and battery.
- Touch on rebates and financing options to explain how that might help with cash flow.
- Explain that after the Zoom meeting, we will provide a proposal, and if they are happy with that, our certified electrician will visit them to check the details on-site.
End the call when the client agrees to you sending the link to the bill upload page.
Make sure you introduce yourself by name, so that we can match the call recording to you.
